The Witcher

Just finished reading a very good book called "The Last Wish". It follows the adventures of a character, called "The Witcher", as he travels around fighting bad guys and all the usual cliches.

The difference is that it is a book made up from a number of short stories and each short story is actually a well known fairy tale.

But instead of clear cut, black and white, good and bad, they are all shades of grey. Snow white wasn't such an innocent girl after all it seems. If you are looking for an interesting read, even if fiction/fantasy isn't your normal cup of tea, you couldn't go wrong with this.

Also tonight I hope to have a rough sketch of what I think is going to be the character design for the webcomic. More on that later though.
