Sunny

Man alive is that good weather out there today. This coming from a perpetual computer vampire that can't step foot out in normal sunlight because his skin will burst into lobster red.

Plus I'm ginger, that sort of compounds the issue by a lot.

But it is seriously some nice weather out there. A yellow thing appears to have been installed in the sky and gives off both light and heat, something that previous yellow things in the sky of Ireland never did.

Even my cycle in this morning was enjoyable. Going along the coast road, wind in my face, sweat on my back. Made me wish that I hadn't bothered wearing the hoodie, like the lady friend said I shouldn't. But give me some credit, this is Ireland. Chances are by the time I actually post this entry it will be snowing outside.

Ah well, to those that are not stuck in an office enjoy the weather. Content in the knowledge that I hate you and wish untold levels of pain on your person.

Little site news as well this rant. After much thinking about bothering to do it or not I have decided to put a Gallery back on The Bauble. It's right up there in the menu if you are looking for it. I was happy enough to have the site trundle on without it, but since I have been doing the painting and uploading new shirt designs I figured why not bring it back. One or two things to still work out on it yet, but that is more or less the finished article. In the next week I plan to have a comments section for each image going, similar to what happens with the rants. A feature that was missing from the old Gallery. I am still deciding whether or not I want to go down the "Albums" route or just have pages of images.

Sometimes people like things organised, so maybe having a little organisation wouldn't be such a bad thing. A site that I am a member of went the other way, they just have pages and pages of images and you just move through them.

Arguments for and against I guess. But as always my site, my way.

Finally I have a comedy gig on tomorrow night for anybody that is around and not busy. It is in the bottom bar of Thomas Reads, Dame Street, starting at eight. It's a contest of sorts. One night, seven acts, seven minutes, winner announced on the night. Anybody around that isn't doing anything is more than welcome to drop in and show some love for The Jester.
